Pakistan coronavirus death toll has surged to 391 after Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Sindh reported 30 more deaths today although all these are not from the last 24 hours. The number of cases have also taken a surge to 17,439 with over 900 cases being reported since last night.
Khyber Pakthunkhwa reported gave their report for 30 April a little late as they made adjustments to their total for previous dates between 9 April to 23 April. The report that was given by Finance and Health Minister Taimur Khan Jhagra added 24 fatalities to the provincial total bringing it all the way up 146.
However, Jhagra mentioned that there were only nine fatalities during the last 24 hours while 15 of them were added to the previous tally.
More deaths were reported by the Twitter handle of the Chief Minister House Sindh adding six more fatalities to the provincial total bringing it all the way up to 118. The update also included over 600 new cases over the last 24 hours.
