The Governement of Pakistan has launched an Online TeleHealth Portal during the current COVID-19 pandemic where doctors can signup to volunteer their time providing free consultations to patients.
Doctors can go to telehealth.gov.pk and register on the TeleHealth Portal after which they will go through a verification process. The signup process is very simple and use the ‘Continue with Facebook’ or ‘Continue with Google’ option to start the registration process after which doctors will be asked to fill in their details.

Pakistanis can get free consultation on WhatsApp through the Pakistan Government Official Corona Chatbot where they will have the option to talk to a doctor.
If you want to use the this service, all you have to do is save 0300-1111166 into your phone and send a message after which you will be asked to select the language you prefer shown in the screenshot below.
In the second step, you will be given a variety of options to choose from which include:
- Speak to a doctor
- What is coronavirus/COVID-19?
- Symptoms of coronavirus
- How to protect yourself from Corona?
- I think I may have the coronavirus. Assess myself.
- Find labs for testing
- Today’s numbers
- Coronavirus information videos
- Share this Helpline
These services have been launched by the Government to help the Pakistani people during these hard times as a result of the coronavirus pandemic which has disrupted the lives of so many people.
