The Pakistan Meteorological Department says rain is to be expected in Karachi and other parts of the country including Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) this week.
Karachi is expected to have light rainfall starting Wednessday that will last till the next day while temperatures will be down and there won’t be any heatwave in the city according to the MET department.
The Meteorological Department also said that rain is expected in other parts of Sindh including Sukkar, Larkana and Nawabshah.

Balochistan is also expected to receive rainfall along with parts of uppar Punjab, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit Baltistan and Kashmir.
Islamabad is also experiencing rainfall rainfall in parts of the city which is expected to last throughout the week.
This rainy weather will give a relief to the people during the month of Ramazan especially Karachi rain as people in the city experienced heatwave during the last week when temperatures rose above 40 degrees celcius.
