Epic Games Store: The Witcher 3, more games rumored to be free

The Epic Games Store is rumored to give away ‘The Withcer 3: Wild Hunt’ including some other big titles for free after the free giveaway of Grand Theft Auto V or GTA V which is free on the store till 21 May 2020.

The rumors are still unconfirmed and sound highly unlikely however, nobody expected the Epic Games Store to give away a free copy of GTA V either but here we are.

Now a well known Twitter user who goes by Wario64 and happens to keep an eye on such stuff claims that Epic Games Store will be giving away The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt for free. He says that EGS listed the game on but it was pulled quickly however, the thumbnail is still hosted on Epic.

Also, its not just only the regular edition but the Game of the Year Edition that is rumored to be free according to Wario64.

Another source from Reddit claims that three more popular titles will be free following GTA V however, this list doesn’t include The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.

According to the Reddit post, the following games are rumored to become free on Epic Games in the ongoing sale:

• Grand Theft Auto V or GTA V (May 14)
• Civilization VI (May 21)
• Boderlands: The Handsome Collection (May 28)
• Ark Survival Evolved (June 4)

All these are still rumors and could turn out very differently.
