Pakistan based US blogger Cynthia Ritchie has sent the former Prime Minister of Pakistan Yousuf Raza Gillani a legal notice of Rs. 120 million asking for an apology stating that legal action will be taken if Gillani does not adhere to the notice.
The legal notice states that Cynthia Ritchie was harassed by Yousuf Raza Gallani in 2011 and she is currently being targeted online through the social media cell of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP).
According to the legal notice sent through her advocate Nasir Azeem Khan, Cynthia has been defamed at the local and international level after the attacks on social media therefore she demands an apology along with an amount of Rs. 120 million within 14 days.

If the former Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gillani fails to adhere to the legal notice, appropriate legal action will be pursued by Cynthia Ritchie and afterwards the Ex-PM will be responsible for all costs and damages.
Cynthia has been at a feud with the PPP for past few weeks on social media and recently live doing a live Facebook session the blogger accused the former Interior Minister Rehman Malik.
In the live broadcast, she also accused the former PM Gillani and former Health Minister Makhdoom Shahabuddin of “physically manhandling” her.
It is important to mention here that that Gillani also sent the US Blogger a defamation notice of Rs. 100 million for the allegations she made an gave her 14 days to respond.
