KARACHI: The Oil Tankers and Contractors Association has announced a supply strike if their problems are not resolved according to the association president Abidullah Afridi.
According to Afridi, business is down and Government has increased taxes and if these problems are not resolved, the Oil tankers association will observe a spply strike for an indefinite period starting 16 July.
The association president further stated that their sector has been hard at work supplying oil across the country throughout the coronavirus pandemic without taking time off.
He threatened that if the increase in taxes is not withdrawn, they would go into strike for an indefinite period of time.
