ISLAMABAD: Petrol prices in Pakistan will now change every 15 days according to the decision made by the Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) today.
At a meeting held today of the Economic Coordination Committee chaired by Adviser to Prime Minister on Finance and Revenue Abdul Hafeez Shaikh it was decided that petrol prices in Pakistan will be be revised every 15 days instead of a month.
These changes will be take effect from 15 August 2020 after the approval by the cabinet.
However, petrol prices in the country have changed already changed before a 30 day time span several times including last month when prices were increased by Rs. 25 per litre after approval of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
