The encrypted messaging app WhatsApp seems to be testing their multi device support feature along with some more upgrades however there is no telling when these features will be available for the end user.
WhatsApp has been working on multi device support for some time now allowing users to be able to use the messaging app on multiple devices at the same time.
Currently, the feature is only limited to WhatsApp Web but introduction of the new WhatsApp multi device feature will enable up to four devices to be linked to your account.

WABetaInfo shows screenshots of the new WhatsApp feature where we can clearly see a Linked Devices option available in the messaging application.
The WhatsApp Linked Devices option is currently hidden in the their beta app but there is no confirmation on when it will be available to the public. However, we can clearly see that the UI is similar to the way users currently manage WhatsApp Web.
Advance Search Mode
Another new feature being introduced by WhatsApp is the Advanced Search Mode function where where users will get the option to specifically search for photos, videos, audio, GIFs, documents or even links.
This feature is also under development and there is no confirmation about when it will be released. It is important to mention that a lot of times WhatsApp tests new features but they end up getting scraped and never end up with the end user.
