Need for Speed already on it’s way in 2014 and now Fast & Furious 7 also hocked up, which means 2014 is the year for Cars and Racers, including myself :P

Is ‘Fast & Furious 7’ based on a book?

No. Fast & Furious 7 was filmed from a screenplay written by American screenwriter Chris Morgan, using characters created by Gary Scott Thompson in the first movie of the Fast and Furious franchise. Fast & Furious 7 is the seventh movie in the series, preceded by The Fast and the Furious (2001), 2 Fast 2 Furious (2003),The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift (2006), Fast & Furious (2009), Fast Five (2011), and Furious 6 (2013).

The scene in inquiry is the gang at Han’s funeral. So, if you were wanting that his death at the end of very quick & angry 6 (which, in a surprise rotate, was really from Tokyo Drift) was a misdirect, it examines like you’re out of luck. He doesn’t appear in the clip (though you do glimpse a secret vehicle watching the funeral), but just understanding that he’s responsible for laying up the friend who leapt off of a racing vehicle like a damned superhero in the last movie certainly closures the deal that the stakes and the activity are going to be even more hard-core this time around. Marvel has the advantage of having decades worth of comics material to draw from, so it can vaguely tease somebody like Thanos and everyone understands to misplace their minds for what he’s adept of. Universal doesn’t have that history here, so it is making its own, and the studio is doing a helluva job so far.
