I am not sure about the Android OS? GFive is constantly coming up with Budget friendly phone this time with GFive Beam A68 which I think  is 2.3 Ginger Bread, Today found about this after talking to Mohsin Nazeer he told me this one, The Good Thing is 3.5 Inches Screen and Internal Memory is 4GB means least 1 or 520 MB must be for Apps, rest I have to find out or if you know share in comments is it ARMv6 or ARMv7 because if it is ARMv7 than it’s Perfect Budget Android Phone available in market which supports Skype Video Calling, I mean People should forget about Noir A2 , A3 This one is just  ( 6,600/- )
