Imran Khan Reached Karachi – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman

Karachi Press Release: PTI Chairman Imran Khan will reach Karachi at 09:00 pm on Saturday 17th August. On arrival he would address a press conference at PTI Deputy Secretary General Imran Ismail’s residence, at 10:00pm. At 11:00pm, Imran Khan will visit the family of martyred Zohra Shahid Hussain for condolence.

Imran Khan announced that his party will release a white paper on August 21, presenting clear and detailed reports on the nature and extent of rigging in the May 11 general elections.

Speaking at a press conference in Karachi, the PTI chief said that the report, which includes video evidence, will detail the specific methods used and authorities involved in rigging the polls.

“The evidence will be out there for everyone to see,” said Khan.

In response to a question, Khan said that PTI members were not terrorists and were in fact, on the receiving end of terrorist threats at the time of the elections.

He said it was imperative for the Supreme Court to involve itself in order to ensure transparent elections.

Khan came down hard on Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman  and said Pakistan needed no foreign agent in the presence of people like the Maulana Fazlur Rehman JUIF.

He assured the people that they would soon start feeling difference between KPK Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Other Provinces of Pakistan.

Maulana Fazl hits back at Imran Khan

Hitting back at Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman Imran Khan, Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam Fazl (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman has said that the “agenda of Gold Smith” would be buried on August 22 by-election. Reacting to Khan’s speech, which he made at rally in Lakki Marwat, the maulana said that he would not respond to the PTI chief’s in abuses language. He, however, expressed resolve that he would not allow to prosper Khan and his party, which, he said had failed in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
