PTI Chairman Imran Khan fell off – PTI activities cancelled

It was one of the historical moment I witnessed personally when entire nation prayed for him at once for his speedy recovery ! Trolls on Social Networks Twitter and Facebook were filled with prayers and get well soon but some were playing politics over here as well – The Leading Pakistani politician Imran Khan been injured after falling off a makeshift lift that was taking him onto a stage at an election rally in Lahore.

Imran Khan ( PTI Chairman ) had 6 – 8 stitches the wound was around 6 inches but after CT SCAN minor fracture was there, which doesn’t requires operation can heal itself – meanwhile people started gathering in Shoukat Khanum Hospital – Lahore

Mr Khan was taken to hospital for treatment by supporters afterwards immediately in a Jeep while the commissioner said An Ambulance was provided already in public rally which none witnessed where exactly was it parked.

He had been campaigning ahead of Saturday’s parliamentary elections, in which his Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party is expected to do well.

– Shahbaz Sharif also went to meet Imran Khan to SKMH Lahore as well Shahid Afridi Cricketer.

– Local media Channel reported that Investigation will be carried out ( Guards ) regarding this incident however it sounds ridiculous since everyone can see it was pure accident not the deliberate act.

Dramatic television pictures from Tuesday’s campaign rally showed Mr Khan falling about 5m (15ft) from the lift platform together with several others, some of whom appeared to land on top of him.

After receiving initial treatment he was moved to Lahore’s Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital, which he founded.

A local PTI spokesman, Malik Ishtiaq, told the AFP news agency that Mr Khan had suffered head injuries. But another spokesman described his injuries as minor and insisted he would return to the rally.

“Imran Khan is all right. He has been taken to the hospital for first aid. He will be back to address the rally very soon after getting initial treatment,” Chaudhry Rizwan said.

All the PTI Political Activities has been cancelled today and tomorrow due to this incident.
