Probably Faulty Piece, Try to update Skype from play store. If front cam is working fine in camera app, then Skype app would be faulty..

Actually I realized I'm not justified on denying the fact this one is obviously the cheapest quad core available. But at the same my point remains valid as you will not get other features and advantages that are being offered by good brands some example for you are NFC, Better cameras, good build quality, Better UI, more RAM (to take full advantage of quad core I shouls say the RAM must be 2 GB) and last but not the least resell value! Above all! I do agree with all of you opposing my previous comment and I think if you are tight with budget than this one is the best choise for you!
Yeah we all have TIGHT possible budget…If we had Rs.100,000 we surly had gone for HTC One/ S4 / i5…!

MT6589 have only 1GHZ Quad Core Speed but this is the 1.3GHZ. Processor Chip and GPU is to much important in this release. But the Question is Which type of the booth.

they wont be in 20k because as far i know the clearance price tag is 170 – to 190$ seems like they would be 25k plus

useless in this price tag! better add some more bucks and go for a reliable brand. I didn't see any info on network whether 3g or not? more over 4GB ROM is low should at least be 8. Are all th sensors available? and last but not least quad cores usually powered with 2gb of RAM. that doesn't mean I want all above features in this price rather I think the price tag shouldn't have exceeded 1800
ok go and buy a valuable companies quad core in this price rage or at 25000. I haven't seen any reliable company offering any Quad core phones at 25K. If you find such a device then don't forget to tell me. I really don't need 3G in it as I know 3G will not launch in our country this year. so when 3G will be available i will buy a another phone.
