Facebook owned Instagram, the online photo sharing social network yesterday adds the new video sharing option so now the users are able to share a 15 second video, plus users are able to add filters to the video and change colors and contrasts .
Plus, Instagram videos will have a “cinema” feature that corrects shaky video and makes it look more professional. The option is currently only available for iPhone 4S and iPhone 5.
Though the product bears resemblance to Twitter’s Vine, which allows for 6-second clips, Instagram video comes with the qualities that its built-in audience of more than 130 millionpeople have grown to love: it dramatically improves upon the act of capturing video. It’s as if Instagram is repeating history, doing for video what it’s already done for the photo by making the medium approachable to the masses.
The co-founder Kevin Systrom said, it’s “everything we know and love about Instagram, but it moves.”
This isn’t a huge surprise. Instagram never made it particularly easy to embed or syndicate photos. The app supports the oEmbed standard, which means that services such as Embedly and web apps such as WordPress can display Instagram photos inline or in other apps. But there is no easy “embed” button for end-users.
In addition, Facebook announced they’ll allow their users to directly comment with pictures soon.
Instead of forcing you to link the picture, you’ll soon see a little camera show up in your comment box.
“Check out this tool Instagram Video Downloader. You can use it download popular videos from Instagram.”
