Hyundai Pakistan is gearing up to launch a cheaper variant of the popular Hyundai Tucson in Pakistan and the upcoming base variant will compete directly with Kia Sportage Alpha in terms of specifications and features.
According to reports, the new base variant of the Hyundai Tucson will likely be launched in June 2023, however, there is no confirmation on the news by the company yet. However, the reports suggest that Hyundai Pakistan is preparing to launch a marketing campaign soon.
Expected Specifications
Like the Kia Sportage Alpha, the Hyundai Tucson’s new base variant is likely to have the following specifications:
- 2.0L engine that produces h 155 horsepower (hp) and 195 Newton meters (Nm) of Torque.
- A 6-speed automatic transmission with Front-Wheel Drive (FWD).
