Engine and Transmission
The higher-end variant of the 6th Generation Honda City is equipped with a 1.5L (1497cc) engine, which is capable of producing an impressive 118 horsepower and 145Nm of torque while mated with a Constant Variable Transmission (CVT) system.
The higher-end variant of the Changan Alsvin on the other hand is powered by a slightly lower capacity 1480cc engine which is capable producing 105hp and 145Nm of torque while being equipped with a 5-speed automatic dual clutch transmission (DCT) system.

Wheels
The 6th Generation Honda City and the Changan Alsvin both offer 15-inches Alloy wheels standard with both top-of-the-line variants.
Headlamps and DRLs
Both of these sedan cars come with halogen headlamps and Day-time Running Lights (DRLs). However, the City has dual barrel headlamps compared to the projector style headlamps in the Alsvin.
Antenna
The ‘Shark Fin Antenna” is found in both sedan vehicles.
Sunroof
The Changan Alsvin is equipped with an electric sunroof, which is something completely lacking in the new Honda City 2021.
Side Mirrors
The 6th Generation Honda City has retractable side mirrors with integrated headlamps but the Changan Alsvin has heated side mirrors, which are a plus point towards the Chinese sedan as it can be really helpful when these side mirrors fog up, especially in the winter time.

Infotainment
The new Honda City 2021 has a 9-inch infotainment touchscreen in the Aspire variants and a 7-inch touchscreen in the non-Aspire variants while the Changan Alsvin LUMIERE has a smaller 7-inch floating display. However, this floating display is equipped with built-in vehicle controls such as DRLs, TPMS, AC and door locks.
Steering Wheel
The 6th Generation Honda City 2021 and the Changan both have electronic power steering with multimedia buttons. However, the Honda City has a ‘Tilt and Telescope’ steering wheel while the Changan Alsvin only has the ‘Tilt’ option.
Push Start
The new Honda City 2021 has the push start feature, which is not present in the top-of-the-line Changan Alsvin LUMIERE.
Climate Control and Rear AC Vents
The 6th Generation Honda City has automatic climate control and rear AC vents, which is not present in the Changan Alsvin
Adjustable Driver Seat
The newly launched Honda City offers driver seat adjustment while the Changan Alsvin does not have this convenience feature.
