Hyundai STARIA Launched in Pakistan

Hyundai Nishat Motors Private Limited (HNMPL) has launched its first minivan, the Hyundai STARIA in Pakistan after the success of its SUV, the Hyundai Tucson. The company also has two sedans, the Hyundai Elantra and Sonata, in Pakistan, which it launched last year in 2021.

The Hyundai STARIA is the company’s latest offering in Pakistan and the minivan or MPV offers a host of smart features as it competes directly with the KIA Carnival, which is the only other vehicle available in this category. The Hyundai STARIA is not a vehicle for everyone and it is aimed at a niche of customers looking for luxury MPV with ample room as the Hyundai STARIA comes with room for 11 people, who are able to fit comfortably in the vehicle.

Variants

The Hyundai STARIA has been introduced in three different variants, which include the Hyundai STARIA 3.5L Automatic (Base Variant), Hyundai STARIA 2.2L Diesel (Mid Variant), and Hyundai STARIA HGS 3.5L (Top Variant). The breakdown of prices of these variants are provided below.

There are a few differences in the features being offered in the Hyundai STARIA 2.2L Diesel Variant as it is the mid-tier variant of the vehicle.

Safety

The vehicle comes with Dual Airbags instead of 6 found in top-of-the-line variant of Hyundai STARIA.

Exterior

The exterior is pretty much the same except the 17-inch Steel Wheels and Halogen Headlamps.

Interior

The Hyundai STARIA 2.2L Diesel variant comes with fabric seats instead of leather and the audio system includes a 3.8-inch Mono TFT LCD with four speakers. Furthermore, the heater and AC in the vehicle are manual Dual Zone instead of automatic found in the top-tier variant.
