Fact Check - Suzuki Has Not Reduced Car Prices

Pak Suzuki Motor Company (PSMC) has not announced a reduction in its car prices and the circular going viral on social media is wrong and fake, said a spokesperson of the company.

Earlier, we posted about Pak Suzuki Motor Company (PSMC) reducing car prices in Pakistan; however, the company has not yet announced any reduction in price of any vehicle.

According to the fake notification, PSMC reduced prices for its vehicles from Rs. 50,000 all the way up to Rs. 110,000 depending on the model and variant.

It is pertinent to mention that other automotive companies are announcing reduction in their prices due to Pakistani Rupee (PKR) recovering against the US Dollar (USD) in recent weeks.
