Indus Motor Company (IMC) aka Toyota Pakistan has hiked the price of all imported (CBU) cars in Pakistan as the country’s economic situation worsens alongside depreciation of Pakistani Rupee against the US Dollar (USD to PKR).
Toyota Pakistan has increased the price of all its imported cars or Completely Built Units (CBUs) effective immediately by up to Rs. 1.8 crore for vehicles like Toyota Camry, Toyota Prado, and Toyota Land Cruiser.

It is pertinent to mention that Toyota Pakistan had announced non-production days (NPDs) from March 24, 2023 to March 27, 2023, citing import restriction and issuance of LCs are the reason behind the decision.
Previously, Toyota Pakistan raised prices of imported cars (CBUs) after the Government hiked General Sales Tax (GST) on these vehicles from 18% to 25% coupled with depreciation of the local currency.
