Latest Yamaha Bike Prices in Pakistan With Increased GST

Yamaha Motor Pakistan (Private) Limited has notified of an increase in Yamaha Bike Prices in Pakistan, which are effective from 21^st February 2023. The company has increased prices of all models, including the price of Yamaha YB 125Z, YB 125Z DX, YBR 125, and YBR 125 G in Pakistan.

The hike in price of Yamaha Motorcycles comes after the Federal Government raised General Sales Tax (GST) on vehicles from 17% to 18% in order to meet the demands of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to continue the loan programme.

According to the circular, the new price of Yamaha YB 125Z is Rs. 308,500 after an increase of Rs. 3,000 from the old rate of Rs. 305,500, while price of the Yamaha YB 125Z DX is now Rs. 330,500 with a hike of Rs. 3,500 from the old rate of Rs. 327,000.

Similarly, the new price of Yamaha YBR 125 is now Rs. 339,500 after increase of Rs. 3,500 from previous price of Rs. 336,000. Meanwhile, the price of Yamaha YBR 125G (Black/Red) is now Rs. 353,000 and price of Yamaha YBR 125G (Gray/Poteen) is now Rs. 356,000 after increase of Rs. 3,500 for both models from previous rates of Rs. 349,500 and Rs. 352,500, respectively.

It is pertinent to mention that it is the second increase in Yamaha Bike Prices in Pakistan for the year 2023 and a lot more are expected to follow if Pakistan’s economic situation does not improve in the coming months.

Furthermore, the current hike in prices of Yamaha motorcycle in Pakistan was not unexpected the Federal Government has raised General Sales Tax (GST) on all standard items by 1% from 17% to 18%, while luxury items will be imposed an 18% GST.
