Who doesn’t like beautiful hairs, it a symbol of beauty and we try all the tips and tricks to have long thick and shiny beautiful hairs, Before trying anything it is important to know healthy diet, healthy environment and having happy and stresses free life comes first to all the tips on the world, so eat well, sleep well and stay happy.

Avoid as much possible, the hair styling products as they can really damage the health of hair. Hope some of these tips will help in improving your health.

Mustard Mask for Fast Hair Growth

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of ground mustard powder (no tubes or cans)
  • 3-4 tablespoons of warm water
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp of oil (Coconut, Castor, olive oil, etc.)
  • 1-2 tablespoon of sugar (optional)

Application

  • Mix mustard powder with hot water in a small bowl,
  • Add the yolk and the oil to the mustard mass. Mix well,
  • If it is not your first time, you can add some sugar (the more sugar- the stronger the oven),
  • If the mass is too thick, add more water,
  • Apply the mask on the scalp avoiding the hair as much as possible,
  • Cover your head with a shower cap and leave for 15 minutes or until your tolerance is over (max 1 hour). If you don’t feel the heat, add sugar next time;
  • Wash the mustard off with lukewarm water (protect your eyes),
  • Shampoo and condition your hair as usual,
  • Let your hair dry naturally.

Beautiful Hairs tips

Make sure you brush your hair before applying a mask; Before using Mustard Mask, you can prepare your hair by warming up 3 tbsp of Coconut Oil (any other vegetable oil will do) and applying it thoroughly to the length of your dry unshampooed hair. (It is OK to touch the roots). By doing so, you will protect your hair from the drying effect of a Mustard Mask that is supposed to be applied only on the scalp but will eventually get on your hair anyway;

If you are trying the Mustard Mask for the first time, be careful with sugar. More sugar- more burning!;

Use the narrow pointed handle of a rattail comb to divide hair into even sections;
Apply the mask on your scalp with a paintbrush using hair roots colouring technique;
Use the mask on dry unshampooed hair;

Once the mask is applied, slightly massage your scalp;

Before covering your head with a shower cap, use a clip to hold back the hair so it doesn’t touch the roots; Use the mask once or twice a week for 1 month for visible results.

Precautions

  • Remember that mustard is a quite strong irritating ingredient;
    Don’t use a mustard mask if you have a very sensitive scalp, open sores or you are allergic to mustard.
  • It is strongly recommended to check the skin’s reaction by diluting a pinch of mustard powder in a drop of water and applying it on the neck. If the skin is slightly burning- it is a normal reaction. If it is itching or looking ugly- stop! Trust your feelings.
  • You don’t need to suffer! Be careful not to get the mustard in your eyes during application and washing off.

  • Be careful with the variations.
  • Egg yolk and oil are added for a reason. If you don’t add oil- you will burn your scalp.

Baking Soda

Mix together 2 tbsp. of shampoo with 2 tbsp. of baking soda.
Massage mixture into the scalp.
Rinse mixture out with shampoo. Follow up with a deep conditioner.

Plain Yogurt

Simply whip a good enough amount to cover all of your hair of plain, unflavored yogurt in a bowl. Apply to dry hair. Massage the yogurt into your scalp. Then thoroughly spread the remaining yogurt to the rest of your hair from roots to ends. Leave the yogurt in for 1-2 hours. Then rinse the yogurt out.

Aloe Vera

Use Aloe Vera by directly squeezing the gel out of a plant and massaging it into your head. leave it on for 30 minutes before washing off. Check out great finds from Globo Surf

Eggs
Use the egg white and yolk, mix it well and put into your hair. Wait for 5-10 minutes and wash it out. Follow that with your regular shampoo. Do this about once a week.

Avocado
mash enough avocado to cover your hair and add water until it becomes pasty. massage into scalp and hair and wait about 10 minutes before washing out.

Mayonnaise
Take about one cup of mayonnaise and put it in your dry hair. Massage it through your scalp and then leave it in for 15 minutes before shampooing.

Rose Water
Massage rose water on your scalp and let it stay on for 20 minutes before rinsing it off.
For BEST results, mix eggs and mayo and olive oil together!
Don’t shower as often

Your hair has natural oils in it that are good for you. Washing your hair strips away those oils. In truth, you should only try to wash your hair every two days. This will encourage hair growth.

Eat Protein

Your hair is made of protein. So eat A LOT of it to be sure your hair grows.
Trim Your Hair, You may think that trimming your hair shortens it, but letting it go long and free without trims only causes split ends. Don’t trim your hair TOO often, just be sure you do.

Weird tip: before you get out of the shower, stick your head under the water and turn it on freezing. Your head may be chilly for a little while after, but cold water closes up your cuticles and gives your hair a nice shine.

In order for this to work, you must place three potatoes in a juicer and extract all of the juice. Then, you must add that to 1 egg yolk, a little bit of water, and a teaspoon of honey. Take this mixture and apply it to damp hair. After waiting for 30 minutes, wash it out gently with warm water. It is best to undergo this treatment once a week for numerous months. This is one of the most effective home remedies and it is quite easy to do. You are sure to see results after a few weeks of using this method.

This is another food item that is perfect for your hair and can help it become as healthy as possible. When your hair is in its healthiest state, it will cause it to grow and become fuller. This is another mixture that must be applied to your hair and it should be done every time you wash it. First, take 4 cloves of garlic, 2 pieces of cinnamon, and one red onion. You will need to boil them and then simply let them cool. After they have cooled to room temperature, rub the mixture through your hair. After it has sit for 15 minutes, wash your hair gently with warm water. The point of this is to cause hair to become thicker and to keep the strands of your hair from breaking off at the end. As a long term solution, it will cause your hair to grow longer. It will also make it appear thicker at a much faster rate. By giving your hair all of these nutrients and vitamins, you help it grow faster while remaining healthy and full. However, this mixture should not be used if you use hair dying products, as it may strip the color.
