People are unable to use online banking services, specifically Inter Bank Funds Transfers and ATMs, which are not working as 1Link system is down in Pakistan. According to the details, the problems with 1Link started yesterday (Thursday, December 1) and people have been unable to use 1Link related banking services like Inter Bank Funds Transfer (IBFT) and ATM withdrawals through 1Link.

If you’re facing issues with IBFT and ATMs not working, please note that 1Link systems are down and the problem is being experienced by everyone in Pakistan. It is recommended to hold off on using IBFT or 1Link ATMs. However, you can still make ATM withdrawals from the Debit/Credit Cards issuer bank.
Many people are unaware of the issue and have taken to social media to report that online banking services are down in Pakistan. Meanwhile, several banks have sent users emails or push notifications regarding the problems with 1Link and it is better to check with your bank for updates before making any transactions.
Taking to Twitter, Meezan Bank informed all customers about the problem. “Due to disruption in 1Link services industry wide, the following customer transactions have been affected,” the bank said, adding that Bill Payment Services, IBFT, and cash withdrawals from other bank ATMs are down across the country.
1Link has not issued any update in this regard so it is hard to tell how long their services will remain affected and due to which, online banking, IBFT and ATMs is down in Pakistan.
