Banks Holiday Announced on Monday

The State Bank of Pakistan has announced a bank holiday for public dealings on 1 July 2024 (Monday) on account of the first day of the new Fiscal Year (FY) 2024-25 and closing of accounts.

“The State Bank of Pakistan will remain closed for public dealing on July 1^st 2024 (Monday), which shall be observed as Bank Holiday. All banks / DFIs / MFBs shall, therefore, remain closed for public dealing on the aforementioned date.” the central bank stated.

However, the employees of all the banks / DFIs / MFBs will attend the office as usual.
