“It is our job to invent and simplify on behalf of our customers”, VavaCars CEO, Lawrence Merritt, said about the new and exclusive service they provide to their customers. “There is an old saying that necessity is the mother of invention so faced with the impact of coronavirus we’ve taken the opportunity to invent and simplify on behalf of customers. This means if any customer remains anxious about travelling, no problem, we will bring VavaCars to your home, completely free of charge and with no obligation to sell your car. Despite the pandemic, selling your car has never been easier thanks to VavaCars.” he added.
While customers can continue using VavaCars website for free valuation of their cars, and booking appointment to visit one of the three centers in Karachi, a car owner looking to sell their cars from the comfort of their home can now book an appointment through the website or call on the VavaCars helpline 0304-1110065 for inspection of their cars at a convenient location. VavaCars team of experts will meet the customer at the place of their choosing to inspect and offer the best price on the spot. The mobile purchasing units will cover areas of Clifton and Defence in Karachi initially, with plans for expansion into other areas in the near future. The mobile purchase units are fully equipped with inspection and communication equipment allowing for an in-depth evaluation of the car with 120+ inspection points. VavaCars team continues to ensure that all necessary safety and hygiene protocols are followed during the inspection and any other interaction. The inspection process and the team’s visit will remain free of cost for the customers.
At the end of this inspection, the company representative gives the car-owner a price offer, and if the customer agrees on this price, they can visit the purchase center closest to them to receive their payment and to handover the vehicle.
