1st Pakistan born Muslim female is Mehreen Farooqi to enter Australian parliament. A Pakistani-born immigrants Mehreen Farooqi became the first Muslim woman, she was chosen by the Green Party of New South Wales, for the position of the upper house of parliament in the state to enter the Australian Parliament, the Voice America (VOA) reported Wednesday.
The Farooqi Select by postal ballot of party members in the game, only women can run from seven areas. It will be the first and oldest Australian parliament in July in the first female Muslim part of New South Wales National, regional or federal parliament of Australia.
