The All Pakistan Private Schools and Colleges Association has declared that there will be holidays for Eid ul Fitr, starting on April 10.
The President of the Association, Dr. Malik Abrar Hussain, mentioned that schools and colleges will be closed for Eid l Fitr from April 10 to 14, 2024.
Dr. Malik Abrar Hussain also reminded parents and students that classes at private schools and colleges will resume as usual from Monday, April 15, 2024, following the Eid al-Fitr break.
Furthermore, the government has announced a five-day holiday for Eidul Fitr, which marks the conclusion of the Ramadan month. The Cabinet Division stated that the holidays will run from Wednesday, April 10, to Saturday, April 13, providing citizens with a four-day break to observe the holy festival.
Eid ul Fitr holds significance in the Islamic calendar, signifying the end of the fasting month of Ramadan. Muslims worldwide engage in fasting for a month, and Eid celebrations signify the conclusion of this period of self-restraint.
