The Punjab University (PU) has announced dates for winter vacations, which are going to start from 26 December 2022 (Monday) and conclude on 30 December 2022 (Friday).
According to the notification, the winter vacations applies for the Punjab University’s teaching departments, institutes, centers, and constituent colleges and schools.
However, the notification also mentions that administrative staff belonging to above mentioned departments will remain on duty.

It is pertinent to mention that Government of Punjab has already announced winter vacations for all schools and colleges in the province.
According to the details, all public and private schools in the province will remain closed from 24th December 2022 to 31st December 2022 and shall reopen on 2nd January 2023 to resume full normal week for all classes.
