Pakistani actress Alizeh Shah has been in the news over a smoking video which went viral on social media. In the viral video, Alizeh Shah was seen smoking while sitting in the passenger seat of a car. The actress has received a lot of backlash over the incident and she is now taking legal action against those responsible for making the video.
Alizeh Shah is now taking legal action the people who captured the smoking video and shared it on social media after which it went viral on almost all major platforms, including Twitter, Facebook and WhatsApp. In the video, the actress was seen smoking in a car with her friend while waiting at a traffic signal.
The actress has kept quiet about the matter on social media but shared a video by Head of Sindh’s FIA (Federal Investigation Agency) Cyber Crime Wing, Imran Riaz, who turned to his Instagram Stories to voice support for Alizeh Shah over the viral smoking video on social media.

In the statement, Imran Riaz said that “capturing, uploading, sharing, or re-tweeting and transmitting a person’s video without their consent falls under electronic crime and people involved in the act can be imprisoned for at least three years or face a fine of Rs. 10 lac.”
However, it is not confirmed at this point whether Alizeh Shah is taking action over the viral smoking video or this was suppose to be a warning for everyone sharing Alizeh Shah’s smoking video on social media.
It bears mentioning that Alizeh Shah has received severe backlash for the smoking video that went viral on social media as it is considered extremely inappropriate in our society for girls to smoke while at the same time it is completely acceptable to smoke in case you’re a male.
