Poeple are loving Bandhay Ek Dour Se drama serial

Bandhay Ek Dour Se is a 7th Sky Entertainment production airing from Geo Entertainment is an interesting tale about importance of love, friendship and relationships with a touch of family disputations that has been collecting bundles of positive feedback since its release.

Involving a love triangle, first teaser of this romantic serial was released on 13th June 2020, followed by its first episode about a week ago on 25th June. With its compelling teasers and trailers, Bandhay Ek Dour Se was one of the most awaited serials because of its fascinating and admired Leading cast and twisted timeline.

Bandhay Ek Dor Se Story-line:

The story of this beautifully penned presentation revolves around three significant characters that are Umar, Maheen and Roshni.

Umar is a decent and competent young man who is in Love with self-obsessed Roshni, whereas Maheen is Umar’s cousin and Roshni’s neighbour. To give this simple story-line a Pakistani family sprinkle, there is an on-going wrangle between Maheen’s and Umar’s family members and the two families never get along.

Meanwhile, Umar and Maheen shares sincere friendship despite their families’ conflicts, supporting each other through thick and thin, always having each other’s back.

Umar displays simplicity and ideal personality, being sensible and obedient, trying to call a truce between the two families so his love interest could flourish, as the women he love is Maheen’s neighbour.

Maheen’s character displays positiveness and liveliness as she assist Umar in getting along with Roshni, arranging their meetings on a rooftop. She is compromising and enjoys little things in life.

Meanwhile character of Roshni is a negative one. The beautiful young girl is egoistic and self-centred and could be insincere.

These three contrasting characters bring sparkle and vitality to Bandhay Ek Dour Se.

Cast:

Bandhay Ek Dour Se includes enthralling and captivating cast members, doing justice to their characters. Apart from its engaging plots, another reason for its popularity is its adoring leading cast with huge fan following.

This screenplay portrays the veteran and extremely talented Pakistani actor and reality shows host Ahsan Khan as Umar.

Ahsan is not a new name to the Pakistani filming industry. Be it films or drama serials, game shows or Ramadan transmissions, Ahsan is always spotted playing his part.

Revealing about his character in Bandhay Ek DOur Se, Ahsan commented:

“My character is of a young, guy-next-door, happy-go-lucky, Umar -and he tries to always keep his family united. There is also a love story revolving around him and he tries his best to take it to marriage while connecting two families to it. The character has satire in it which later turns serious and also has an innocence to it.”

Ahsan added to the story-line saying:

” It is not a typical saas-bahu drama but a story of a well-connected and a well-knitted, strong family. However, they have small issues that are usually faced by middle-class families. “

Moving on to female leads of Bandhay Ek Dour Se, the joyous and admirable character of Maheen is played by Ushna Shah, who has a similar personality as her character in real life too.

“I play the role of Maheen-the protagonist in the story. She is Umar’s cousin, played by Ahsan Khan. She is a very nice, bubbly, well-mannered girl who is very mature for her age. She lands herself in a situation that is very painful but she has to handle it and maintain her dignity throughout. At the same time, there is a beautiful love and romance she gets involved in.” – stated Ushna about her character.

Being extremely skilful in acting, Ushna rose to familiarity with her innocent character of Rudaba opposite Faisal Qureshi in Bashar Momin and hasn’t stopped since then. Ushna plays every character sincerely investing hundred percent efforts. Be it a positive character or a negative one, Ushna never backs off and that makes her one of the versatile actresses of showbiz.

The second leading character of Maheen is brought to life by bubbly beauty of Pakistan, Hina Altaf.

Hina is not new to this field. She has portrayed contrasting characters and gained much appreciation for her character of Zebo in Udaari. With her jolly personality and gifted acting skills, Hina has huge fan following in Pakistan and her character of Maheen is being enjoyed by the audience.

Directed by Ali Faizan and produced by Abdullah Kadwani and Asad Qureshi under the banner of 7th sky entertainment, this beautiful masterpiece has been scripted by Faiza Iftikhar of Ranjha Ranjha Kardi fame, whereas its OST has been voiced by Hadiqa Kiani and Sahir Ali Bagha. Bandhay Ek Dour Se, goes on air every thursday at 8:00 pm on Geo- TV.

Bandhay Ek Dour Se is already a success in Pakistan as it hits 4.8 million views on its first episode and more than 2 million view on second. Adding more, its OST also has 1.8 million views on Youtube.
