Drama serial Dulhan concludes with a righteous ending

Hum TV’s highly celebrated drama serial Dulhan finally reached its finale yesterday, concluding the six months long love tale of Amal and Mikaal. And, when some viewers are deeply saddened by the last episode, others are of opinion the screenplay promoted courage and dignity the woman should possess, and therefore appreciates the powerful message depicted. Hence, the last episode of Dulhan is garnering mixed reactions on the social giants.

Hum TV’s running success drama Dulhan premiered last year on 28^th September. With a star-studded cast on board and an exceptional storyline, combined with back to back twisted plots, the screenplay had harvested massive viewership and fan following, with each of its episodes earning millions of views on YouTube.

Drama serial Dulhan had been produced by Momina Duraid of MD Productions, and starred the charismatic Sami Khan, fan favorite Sumbul Iqbal, Faizan Khawaja and the beautiful Mashal Khan as centrals.

The story revolved around a love triangle between Mikaal, Shahmeer and Amal, however, unlike the typical love sagas, drama serial Dulhan offered other exciting elements of friendship, betrayal, trust, greed, passion, independence, self-love and much more.

The screenplay unfolds with a young and mesmeric Amal who is a university student, and works at a boutique too to make both ends meet. Living with a step mother and siblings, Amal is hemmed in greediness of her step family and therefore lives a harsh life.

The narrative follows with Amal crossing paths with a young and wealthy university mate Mikaal, who is deeply in love with Amal, and proposes her later. Consequently, the two gets married in a private ceremony, with consent of Amal’s father.

Nevertheless, the seemingly perfect love story takes a new turn when Amal on her wedding night finds out that Mikaal had approached her only as a part of bet that he put up with his cousin Shahmeer. Amal had rejected Shahmeer previously and hence it was never a fairytale, but an ugly betrayal. In addition to this, Mikaal is also engaged to Shahmeer’s sister Annie. As the story proceeds, Amal has to endure one after other hideous life challenges, she loses shelter, security, peace, her job and so much, though she never gives up.

Drama serial Dulhan finale episode

After a 30 episodes long expedition, Hum TV’s massively hit drama serial Dulhan concluded with Amal alongside her sister and best friend running a boutique and living independently. Shahmeer dies of gunshot, which Mikaal had fired unintentionally. Hence, Mikaal is sentenced with three years’ imprisonment. On the other hand, Mikaal also asks Amal forgiveness for his deeds. But, Amal does not forgive him, and moves on with her life.

The screenplay beautifully depicted the strong side of a woman, and moved ahead of the concept of forgiving spouse for the sake of marriage. And, although drama serial Dulhan had an unhappy ending, it was righteous and encouraged by the audience. Here are some public reactions to last episode of Sami Khan and Sumbul Iqbal starrer Dulhan.
