Critically renowned American singer and songwriter Ed Sheeran, who is garnering wide praises owing to his latest release ‘Bad Habits’ is all set to join forces with the worldwide famous Korean Boys band “BTS” on their new single. The ‘shape of you’ singer in a recent interview has confirmed to have penned down a forthcoming BTS soundtrack.
The king of music universe Ed Sheeran on June 25th dropped a mesmeric soundtrack titled ‘Bad Habits.’ And, since its release, the singer and the song has been the talk of the town, harvesting massive acclamations. Also, the song is on course for number one releases on official singles chart.
And, while the ‘perfect’ singer continues to harvest praises and applauses over ‘bad habits’, he has dropped another bombshell on the fans and followers. The ‘perfect’ singer is geared up for what can be termed as the biggest reunion of the year.

Ed Sheeran teams up with BTS
As per sources, the American topnotch singer Ed Sheeran and the Korean pop gang BTS have joined hands yet again, and are all equipped for the release of another chartbuster melody.
Ed Sheeran in an interview with American radio show ‘Most Requested Live’ announced the big news, revealing to have written down the lyrics for BTS upcoming single.
The singer was quoted saying, “I’ve actually worked with BTS on their last record, and I’ve just written a song for their new record. And they’re like super, super cool guys as well.”
Moreover, the news was also confirmed by South Korean entertainment franchise Big Hit Music. On June 27, the company told to Korean news tabloid Newsen in a statement, “It is true that Ed Sheeran is participating in BTS’s new song.”
However, as of now, it is unclear whether Sheeran has participated in the new track that will be released along with the ‘Butter’ CD single or it is in their next album. Big Hit Music said, “We cannot confirm the details.”
Here to mention, this is not the first time that the first-rate solo singer and the Korean boy band is coming together. Previously, the music moguls had collaborated for ‘Make it right’ which was a running success of the year.
Meanwhile, as for the boy gang, BTS’ dance-pop anthem ‘Butter’, which was released on May 21, is at No. 1 on the Hot 100 chart for a fourth consecutive week, making BTS the first Asian act in history to achieve this milestone. It becomes the group’s longest-leading No. 1 hit, surpassing the three-week run of ‘Dynamite’.
In addition to this, BTS has dropped one instrumental and three remixes of ‘Butter’ – Hotter Remix, followed by Sweeter and Cooler remixes. ‘Butter’ single CD will be released in two versions, which are Peaches and Cream. The new track details are yet to be announced officially. It releases on July 9, 2021.
