The Turkish sensation and lead actor of Dirilis Ertugrul, Engin Altan has been staying in Lahore for about 5 days now, after contracting a deal with a private business company. However, an astounding piece of information about his entertainer has stolen the spotlight. According to the ProPakistani, the man hosting the legend happens to be a wanted criminal, with nearly 8 records booked against him.
The critically acclaimed Turkish star Engin Altan landed in Lahore on 10th December and has been a social media trend since. He was spotted at multiple press conferences and had meetings with many high-profile personalities of Pakistan. And, as assumed from his comfort zone in country, the actor is essentially enjoying his trip and the adoration he is being showered with in Pakistan.
Engin Altan called for business in Lahore
Although Ertugrul central Engin Altan expressed his desire to visit Pakistan several times in past, his present short stay in Lahore has a purpose. The actor has joined hands with a local business network and now serves as their global brand ambassador. Namely, Chaudhry Groups of Companies, Engin Altan had arrived in Lahore on the request of its managing director Kashif Zameer.
According to Kashif, he struck a deal of Rs.17 Crore with Engin to collaborate with his company to which he agreed. Hence, Kashif has been hosting Engin throughout his stay in the city.
Engin’s host is a wanted crook
Further, from press conferences to feasts and online flashes, Kashif is spotted shoulder to shoulder with Engin Altan throughout his vacation and that has fetched some limelight towards him also. And, to his dismay, a shocking discovery about the host has surfaced that might affect his deal with the Turkish celebrity.
The blond-haired Kashif Zameer is actually a wanted outlaw with 8 different cases filed against him. As revealed by the police sources, Kashif’s nefarious activities include fraud, betrayal of trust, car theft, and robbery at multiple occasions.

Engin Altan seems a bit unlucky when it comes to trustworthy Pakistani associates. Earlier, Engin Altan had announced to land in Lahore subsequent to his business agreement with another local company titled Blue World City. But, later the company was exposed to be an illegal housing scheme and was even filed charges by Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA). Hence, the Ertugrul protagonist had immediately cut ties with the corporation, postponing his trip to Pakistan.
Likewise, now that Kashif Zameer is a wanted felon, it is yet to be revealed whether Engin will continue his contract with his firm or cast aside halfway.
