HSY to make his acting debut with Pehli Si Muhabbat

Pakistani fashion designer Hassan Sheheryar Yasin, more famously known as HSY is making his acting debut with drama Pehli Si Muhabbat alongside the iconic Maya Ali.

Pehli Si Muhabbat, an upcoming Pakistani screenplay is attracting vast public attention for its all-star cast especially now since it has been unveiled that the fashion industry legend Hassan Sheheryar Yasin (HSY) has opted the staircase towards the field of acting.

The renowned designer and celebrity show host HSY announced this big news on his twitter and Instagram accounts. Revealing his role in Pehli Si Muhabbat, HSY tweeted:

Pehli Si Muhabbat…..

Excited to announce my acting debut on TV.

In his tweet, the designer also posted his picture holding the forthcoming serial’s script.

Furthermore, Hassan’s tweet was followed by many known figures of Pakistani showbiz congratulating him for his latest endeavor.

However, Pehli Si Muhabbat is not the first and only acting project on Hassan Sheheryar’s plate. The celebrated outfitter previously revealed his big screen project, an upcoming Muhib Mirza’s film titled Ishrat made in China.

HSY excitedly shared his new venture with his fans on Instagram too where he wrote:

Proud to officially announce my debut as an actor! When Muhib contacted me and told me that he had written a movie role especially for me, I couldn’t say no. I was excited for a new experience for sure but i was even more impressed by was the incredible professionalism on set, the mind blowing creativity, the jaw-dropping locations, the electrifying and gripping action sequences, the most gifted and talented cast and crew and for a director who believed in not just me, but in all of us and got the best out of us. This has perhaps been one of the most thrilling experiences of my life and I’m honored to be a part of this movie. I can’t wait for you all to see it!

Ishrat made in China officially initiated the acting premiere of HSY, however Pehli Si Muhabbat marks his television debut.

Directed by Anjum Shehzad under the banner of iDream entertainment, drama serial Pehli Si Muhabbat marks the return of gorgeous and extremely talented actress Maya Ali to television screen.

Maya took a long hiatus from drama serials and last appeared in 2017 in hum TV’s hit screenplay ‘Sanam’ alongside Osman Khalid Butt.

Additionally, during her pause from small screens, Maya smashed box office with her two megahit movies “Teefa in Trouble” opposite Ali Zafar and “Parey Hut Love” opposite Sheheryaar Munawwar.

Maya has achieved a veteran position in Pakistani showbiz with her undefeatable skills and extreme hard work.

Talking about her comeback project , Maya stated:

“Pehli Si Mohabbat is not a saas-bahu drama, neither does it have any extra-marital affairs or love triangles. It is a love story with its twists and turns.”

Revealing her avatar in Pehli si Muhabbat, Diyar-e-dil actress continued,

“I am playing the role of a young woman who is very close to her father. She is not too strong neither too submissive but she is clear about what she wants in life. The character is very different from Mannu in Mann Mayal.”

Furthermore, rumors says pehli si muhabbat also marks the return of heartthrob Sheheryaar Munawwar to small screens after a whole leap of six years.
