Imran Abbas hints collaboration with Ertugrul actor

The acting veteran and dreamboat of Pakistani showbiz, Imran Abbas Naqvi was recently spotted having quality time with Turkish hunk Sezgin Erdemir, popular for portraying the character of Sungurtekin Bey, the older brother of Ertugrul in Turkish period drama Dirilis Ertugrul. And, although the actor has had meet ups with the screenplay’s cast previously too, this time there’s more to this gathering, as the Imran and Sezgin duo hints a huge collaboration on the cards.

The exceptionally talented, old stager Imran Abbas Naqvi successfully ranks among the topnotch Pakistani actors at present, owing to his remarkable contributions to dramas industry. Imran had started off with a lead role in 2003’s historical drama series Umrao Jaan Ada, and has appeared in dozens of drama serials and telefilms ever since.

The actor had gained popularity with 2011’s spiritual drama Khuda aur Muhabbat, alongside Neelam Muneer. The production was an intense hit, and Imran’s notable game of expressions transformed him into a fan favorite. Following that, Imran Abbas Naqvi has starred in numerous television serials, majority of which were running success.

Some of Imran’s critically acclaimed projects include Mera Naam Yousuf Hai, Akbari Asghari, Aitraaz, Koi Chaand rakh, Thora Sa Haq and Jo Tu Chahey among others.

In addition to this, Imran Abbas has also appeared in various silver screen projects, including Anjuman and Abdullah: The final witness. In 2014, Imran Abbas Naqvi marked his Bollywood debut with Vikram Bhatt’s Creature 3D, alongside Bipasha Basu.

Imran Abbas Naqvi joins hand with Turkish actor

After giving back to back stage rocking performances in Pakistani dramas and flicks, Imran Abbas Naqvi is all set to step into something vast and exciting this time. Taking it to his instagram handle, the Dil-e-Muztar actor had posted a couple of photos and videos, in which standing shoulder to shoulder with Imran, was Turkish heartthrob Sezgin Erdemir.

And, although nothing official was mentioned, the actor did tease his followers with a twisted caption, hinting an approaching teamwork with Erdemir.

“When the weather is just awesome and you have a lot to talk and share before “action”.. Great bonding with you my dear @sezgin_erdemir,” – stated Imran.

Moreover, following Imran Abbas Naqvi’s post, the Ertugrul famed actor Sezgin Erdemir, who garnered a solid fan following in Pakistan, owing to his character of Sungurtekin Bey in Dirilis Ertugrul, also posted similar pictures.

Thanking Imran for his hospitality and kind gesture, Sezgin Erdemir stated, “You’ll never know when and how you’ll meet a dear person and feel the connection between when the topic is art and music. It just may happen out of the blue. Thanks to this talented actor Imran Abbas who was kind enough to invite me to his show and blessed me with his warm welcome and the conversation we had.”
