KARACHI: Pakistani veteran film and television actor Mirza Shahi has passed away in Karachi at the age of 70 after being diagnosed with coronavirus last week.
According to reports, the Pakistani actor was in critical condition after being diagnosed with coronavirus and died of a cardiac arrest at Civil Hospital on Tuesday.
Mirza Shahi was part of the Pakistan entertainment industry since 1965 and was known for a variety of roles in film and television.
One of his most popular role was the portrayal of “Chacha Kamal” in comedy drama serial “Nadanian”.
The actor had been working with private drama production houses.
