Netflix announces 'Paranormal' release in early November

Adding to the Halloween saga of the platform, Netflix Paranormal is all set to captivate the audience in its chilling aroma, as the streaming giant has finally released the initial teaser for its most anticipated horror series.

Titled Paranormal, the upcoming Netflix original has been adapted from the best thrilling novel by late Ahmed Khalid Tawfek and the first season will be dropped on the digital web on November 5th.

Moreover, the series is scheduled to be premiered in 190 countries, followed with dubbing in English, Spanish, French, Turkish and German, therefore attracting a massive audience towards its ghostly bubble.

Spooky season is just around the corner and although there are quite a few weeks till Halloween, the globally famous streamer Netflix is off the mark, putting forward spine-chilling thrills and horrors. Hence, another twisted thriller to be on board for the platform’s squeaker saga is an Egyptian television series titled Netflix Paranormal.

Produced by Mohamed Hafzy and Amr Salama, forthcoming Netflix Original ‘Paranormal’ is the first instance of collaboration between the globally famous digital web and Egyptian producers.

Plot: The Spooky thriller Netflix Paranormal takes place in 1960s, revolving around Dr. Refaat Ismail, a cynical hematologist whose life turns wrong side up when his lifetime principles and opinions come under interrogation.

The story follows with Dr. Refaat experiencing a series of unwelcomed celestial activities soon after he turns 40. Hence, Rifaat alongside his companion Maggie takes a dive into paranormal world, in order to save his family from the danger that the future beholds for the duo. What bombshells destiny awaits and how Refaat and Maggie will surpass the immortal celestial that is for us to discover in Netflix Paranormal, all set to premiere early November.

The Netflix’s official synopsis reads, “In the 1960s, hematologist Dr. Refaat Ismail unwillingly becomes a go-to guy for paranormal investigations. Based on the books by Ahmed Khaled Tawfik.”

Cast

The Netflix’s first Arabic original Paranormal has been created by Amr Salama and stars Ahmed Amin as Dr. Refaat Ismail, opposite Razane Jammal, who has brought the female lead of Maggie to life. Other notable cast members include Ayah Samaha and Reem AbdElKader in pivotal roles.
