Nimra Khan seriously injured after falling from stairs

Pakistani actress Nimra Khan sustained some serious injuries after falling from stairs at her residence according to the star who updated her fans about the incident on Instagram.

Nimra Khan shared pictures of her bruised face on Instagram Stories, informing her fans of the incident.

Despite falling from the stairs and receiving serious injuries to her head and nose, the actress kept a positive attitude while informing about the incident on Instagram Stories saying:

As long as you are genuinely thankful for the things that you have, you will be happy,

While sharing another picture, Nimra Khan said that she received a painful internal head injury but thankfully nothing major.

In another update, Nimra Khan shared some more pictures and thanked fans for all their prayers and said that she was making a speedy recovery, the actress said:

By the grace of Allah and your prayers, it’s getting better Alhamdullilah,
A smile can heal a thousand wounds.

This isn’t the first time the actress has been involved in a serious accident as back in 2014, Nimra Khan was seriously injured in a car accident but recovered with the same positive attitude and courage.
