The list for Oscar Nominations 2020 is out after last week’s Golden Globes so its safe to assume that the award ceremony last week may have influenced the vote of the members of the academy for this list. This will be the 92nd Academy Awards that will he held on 9th February, 2020.
Todd Phillip’s Joker got 11 nominations which is the highest in for these Oscar awards. Joker is followed by 1917, The Irishman and Once Upon a Time…in Hollywood all getting 10 nominations.
Following this comes Jojo Rabbit, Little Woman, Marriage Story and Parasite with six nominations each.
Bomshell, Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker and The Two Popes are all nominated three times.
Then comes Harriet, Judy, Pain and Glory, Toy Story and Honeyland all getting two nominations each.
