Philippines Beauty Queen April Love Jordan Dies At 31

PHILIPPINES: Philippines beauty queen April Love Jordan dies due to liver cancer on Friday, June 21. She was only 31-years-old.

She was former Miss World Philippines 2012 runner-up and a very popular fashion model.

She also had also won many more titles in her short span of life. She was

• Finalist in Miss Philippines Earth 2006,
• Binibining Pilipinas 2009.
• She was the 3rd princess at the Miss World Philippines 2012
• Grand Winner in the 2009 International Beauty & Model Festival in China.

Miss World Philippines 2012 winner Queenierich Rehman took to Instagram to express her grief.

She has posted a video of herself with April Love Jordan singing “Love on Top”  together in a car.

She has written in her post

I’m lost for words April. I just can’t accept that you’re gone. We won’t be able to have these wonderful moments together. I know that you’re in a good place right now and we will truly miss you. You’ve fought hard in life till your very last breath. We are truly grateful to have met you and of course being one of your close friends during Miss World Philippines and the years after that. We love you and we will miss you so much.

Pageant coach and blogger Norman Tinio has also sent his condolence through Facebook post.

I extend my deepest sympathies to the family of beauty queen April Love Jordan who passed away last Friday, June 21. She is 31. May her soul be at peace with our Heavenly Father.

Her remains lie at Heritage Chapel 9 in Taguig. Burial is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, June 25.
