The veteran American actress and model, Tanya Roberts has passed away at 65, hours after her death was prematurely reported by her publicist. The 70’s show star was allegedly reported dead on Sunday. However, it was later discovered that the actress was still alive on Monday, but not too long.
Victoria Leigh Blum, known professionally by her stage name Tanya Roberts was a Hollywood model, actress and producer. The starlet is critically acclaimed for multiple shows and screenplays, including the 90’s popular Charlie’s Angel and the James Bond series.
Nevertheless, the old-stager, after serving the show business for 65 years of age, has bid her final goodbye to this humanly world on Monday.
Tanya Roberts was reportedly admitted in hospital few days earlier, subsequent to collapsing in her California house. As said by her boyfriend Lance O’Brian, he had found Tanya shrunken to her bedroom floor, as she talked about not feeling her limbs anymore. Following the accident, O’Brian had shifted her to Cedars-Sinai Hospital. There, Tanya was laid on ventilator due to shortness of breath, although her Covid19 test read negative.
Furthermore, another source reveals that Tanya Roberts’s death is owned to a severe urinary tract infection that entered her kidneys, liver, and gallbladder and spread to her bloodstream.
Tanya Roberts Announced Falsely Dead
On January 3rd, Tanya Roberts was pronounced dead by her publicist Mike Pingel, followed with a similar statement by her partner Lance O’Brian.
According to O’Brian, at first, hospital officials had reassured him that Tanya Roberts would be home within days, only to phone on Sunday to say she was fading fast and not expected to live. Covid19 restrictions prevented him from visiting her but, now she was close to death, so the couple had reunited one last time at her deathbed.
However, on Monday morning, O’Brien got a call from the hospital and learned that Roberts was still alive, but in critical condition. Likewise, few hours later, he was notified after 9 p.m. PST Monday that the actress had passed away.
