The highly anticipated Turkish drama serial Yunus Emre (AşkinYolculuğu) is all set to air on the state-run channel, PTV Home, after being recommended for viewing by Prime Minister Imran Khan.
Chairman of the Standing Committee on Information and Broadcasting Faisal Javed Khan who took to Twitter confirming that the Turkish drama serial will be airing on the state-run channel PTV Home.
Yunus Emre (AşkinYolculuğu) is brought to us by Mehmet Bozdag, the same man behind the highly successful Turkish drama serial Dirilis Ertugrul which has broken viewership records here in Pakistan since it also started airing on the recommendation of Prime Minister Imran Khan.

“Yunus Emre (the Dervish) was an Islamic poet, a mystic and a poor villager. Story of a great Sufi wholly dedicated to Allah and search for unity.” said Faisal Javed in one of his Tweets.
“It is a Journey of Transformation. Yunus Emre was well versed in mystical philosophy, esp that of the 13th-century poet and mystic Jalaluddin Rumi. Serial is a great example of a meticulous attention to detail work,” he continued in his Twitter thread.
Furthermore, he shared a trailer of the upcoming Turkish drama serial but there is still no confirmation on the exact date when the show will go on air in Pakistan.
