Japan manufactured used Suzuki Wagon-R is being imported in Pakistan for the last decade or so. Imported version of Wagon R has all the features such as SRS Airbags, However the local assembled one does not have much safety features,  The car is equipped with Suzuki’s modern K-Series engine that makes it extremely fuel-efficient. In addition to fuel, Wagon-R with its modern design coupled with spacious and aesthetically planned interiors are all set to cruise on Pakistani roads.

Sad part is even in 2014, Pakistani Assembled Pak Suzuki’s finest fuel efficient work of art is not even closer to Japanese version or Indian Manufactured.

The factory price is almost of Pak Suzuki’s CULTUS  VXR newly EFi, 4 cylinder vehicle. Standard version of  Wagon R does not include CNG factory fitted, However VXR and VXL are CNG versions.

Instead of launching Wagon R, Suzuki Motors should have launched New Alto 2014 model, which is more alike mini Shift, Instead of this over priced junk, People here in Pakistan are being slammed badly by Car Manufactures instead of focusing on safety , features they are launching junk one after another. In my view Wagon R is totally retarded vehicle not for the generation.

Personally, I am not against any manufacturer in Pakistan until and unless they ignore , avoid and throw the junk and make it sound like it’s piece of art. PakSuzuki has the finest record in making this nation fool and bribing government to maximizing taxes on new imported vehicles.

There’s an alternate option available in the same price range which offers better features and safety as well, you should checkout my review of Al-Hajj Motors FAW V2

I consider FAW V2 as a decent option with extended warranty.

Farhan Abro

Hello! My name is Farhan Abro, and I'm based here in Islamabad. My journey in Pakistan's digital media really kicked off when I founded INCPak back in 2012. We built it from the ground up, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, to be a trusted voice for independent journalism. But while media is a big part of who I am, I'm also shaped by a fascinating mix of other passions. I'm deeply into automotive, which gives me a technical edge, but I also find my artistic expression through landscape photography and music. And I'm always diving into the exciting world of Artificial Intelligence. Bringing all these different worlds together the technical, the creative, the journalistic, and the entrepreneurial—it really colors how I see things and approach every project. It gives me a distinct perspective that I try to bring to everything I share
