This time, the former Directioner has paid a heartfelt tribute to the legendary Bollywood singer Muhammad Rafi by crooning a verse from 90’s megahit ‘Chuadhvin Ka Chaand’. Titled ‘Tightrope’ Zayn’s latest soundtrack is garnering massive accolades as it captured the limelight right after it was dropped.
The exceptionally talented and charismatic songster Zayn Malik came into recognition with the highly celebrated former boy band named One Direction and had been unconquerable ever since. Zayn Malik croons ‘Chaudhvin Ka Chand’ in ‘Tightrope’
Recently, on January 15th, Zayn Malik put forward his brandish third solo album Titled “Nobody is listening.” The music album comprises of 11 heart touching songs and happens to be the best among his previously released ‘Mind of Mine’ and ‘Icarus Falls.’
Although all eleven of Zayn’s piece of music gained wide appreciations, there was precisely one melody that couldn’t go unnoticed by his South Asian followers. Number 10 on list and titled Tightrope, the song took the audience by storm as it had Zayn Malik narrating a verse of iconic 90s track “Chaudhvin Ka Chand.”

Zayn Malik is a British-Pakistani and often pays homage to his native roots. Hence, ‘tightrope’ is a similar gesture put forward by the Pillowtalk singer and also pays a musical tribute to the classical Bollywood legend Muhammad Rafi.
Furthermore, although tightrope is a deep, intense melody, Zayn Malik has perfectly blended it with Qawwali genre in the background. The song is uttered in English majorly. However, the astounding Urdu lyrics serve as the chorus and are repeated twice throughout.
