PARIS: Karl Lagerfeld German Legendary Fashion Designer has died at 85. He was a creative director for Chanel and Fendi who worked till his last breath.
Karl Otto Lagerfeld was also an artist, photographer and caricaturist and lived in Paris.
The German national, a fashion icon was born on September 10, 1933. He breathed his last on February 19, 2019.

He was unwell for several weeks and had also missed many fashion shows.
Karl Lagerfeld also had collection of his own brand and also collaborated with high street brand H&M.
He was a creative director of Chanel since 1983.
Also of Fendi since 1965.
He was also founder of his own brand.
Tributes are poring in for the legendary fashion designer, Italian designer Donatella Versace wrote –
Karl your genius touched the lives of so many, especially Gianni and I. We will never forget your incredible talent and endless inspiration. We were always learning from you.
Karl Lagerfeld as an teenager has flown into Paris. He became a design assistant for Pierre Balmain. In the 1960s he also worked for Fendi and Chloe.

He was best known for his association for French label Chanel.
In the later years he was known for his own unique looks. He was always seen with gray hair tided up in a pony tail, dark suit and tinted glasses.
He said of his looks “I am like a caricature of myself, and I like that.”
