All 25 people have been killed after a passenger bus veered off a mountain and fell into river Sindh in Rondu Tehsil in Skardu on Monday according to reports.
According to the spokesperson for the Galgit Baltistan government Faizullah Faraq among the dead were two children
According to the spokesperson, the Chief Minister Hafiz Hafeez has directed to investigate the incident.

The Deputy Commissioner Skardu Khurram Pervaiz says that rescue operations are underway and the bodies are being moved to a hospital by Pakistan Army Helicopters and ambulances.
Similar incidents have occurred in the past too in Gilgit Baltistan including last year when a bus was involved in a an accident near Babusar Pass in Diamer District killing 27 people and injuring over 15 more.
