Here’s How to renew expired CNIC Smart Cards in Pakistan

Bring the original Smart Card with you and after necessary procedures, get your Smart Card renewed.

• During renewal, the address on the Smart Card can be changed.
• The name of the parent can be corrected.

Fees and Delivery:

• Normal Processing: 750 Rupees (Delivery: 31 days)
• Urgent Processing: 1500 Rupees (Delivery: 15 days)
• Executive Processing: 2500 Rupees (Delivery: 09 days)

Attestation of Application Form:

• For renewal only, attestation of the application form is not required.
• If along with renewal, any change is to be made, then attestation is necessary.
• Parents, brothers, or sisters above 18 years of age (whose Smart Card has been made) can attest.
• Get the application form attested by a gazetted officer and attach relevant documents.
