Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has introduced a new initiative called the “Maryam Ki Dastak App,” aimed to bring various government services directly to homes of citizens. This innovative app aims to make government services more accessible, especially for senior citizens, women, the sick, and disabled individuals.
Types of Services
The app initially offers 10 essential services that can be accessed right at your doorstep. Through “Maryam Ki Dastak,” the residents can apply for:
- Domicile
- E-Stamping
- Birth Certificate
- Death Certificate
- Marriage Certificate
- Divorce Certificate
- Motor Vehicle Transfer
- Property Tax
- Token Tax
- New Vehicle Registration
Citizens have the convenience of ordering these services via a web portal, mobile app, or by calling the center at 1202. Once a request is made, users can track their applications using a provided Tracking ID. A dedicated “Dastak” representative, known as a Facilitator, will visit the requester’s home to deliver the service.
