It is informed that about peoples are using KUNDA since long time but their burden facing PROPERLY METER USERS , i informed several times to speakup and customer care through email about KUNDA but no any action taken against KUNDA USERS. Today your team MAIN METERS INSTALLED WITH EVERY PMTs for area consumption. Area peoples are not authorised to REMOVE KUNDA. Area peoples are also not able to take BURDEN of KUNDA USERS. Maximum KUNDA user’s are not holding properly connection / Meters.
It is requested that KUNDA REMOVE OPERATIONS and METERS installation to non holding meter users may please be started by concern department on priority basis , please .

1. It is worth mentioned that most of the time above mentioned account # electric supply remained non-operational. Despite frequently complains no action is being taken by the concerned department above mentioned references are relevant in this regard. When I call the complain center your representative reply main cable/ H T fault fault. It is further mentioned that every day your department told me Ht fault what happened your department don’t have ability resolved the problem. Today 07:00 AM supply cut off up to till know complaint No. 6009369677 dated 25 August 2018.
2. It is therefore requested that resolved the problem as soon as possible.
