The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) charges a fee for modifying details on your ID Card, also known as the Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
A NADRA ID is provided to all adult citizens of Pakistan and contains information like their name, father/spouse’s name, current and permanent address, ID card number, signature, photo, date of birth, marital status, gender, and religion.
Sometimes, such as when your address changes, you may need to update these details on your CNIC. In such cases, you can apply for a NADRA ID card modification and pay a small fee to have the necessary details updated on your CNIC.
