14-Year-Old Gang-Raped at Rawal Dam in Islamabad

In distressing incident that has come to light in Islamabad, a 14-year-old boy was gang-raped by individuals at Rawal Dam.

The incident unfolded at Rawal Dam Picnic Point, where a 14-year-old boy, identified as Subhan Ali, fell victim to the heinous crime and was gang-raped by two individuals, who captured the incident on film.

In response to the incident, the Islamabad Secretariat police took swift action, apprehending the suspects following the registration of the First Information Report (FIR), prompted by the victim’s maternal uncle.

The accused individuals, identified as Faisal Panda and Sohail Cheeta, initially went into hiding. However, due to persistent efforts by the Secretariat police, both suspects were successfully located and arrested.
